Posting may (and has become) a little more random. I made it 90 days (!!!) posting each day - but now things are so crazy I can't do that.
Xiris leaves for his new job this weekend, and I leave next week sometime. I need to get a few things taken care of here before moving to the temporary digs.
Packing, prepping the house for show, paperwork, appointments - all fun stuff!
We've been showing the house like crazy, and a family is coming back for a second viewing tonight. I take that as a good sign - I remember we came to this house 3 times before we made an offer. I am hoping that they will be bringing their children, so the kids can get excited about the rooms and the movie theatre (which will be playing when they walk in this time).
Fingers crossed that they want to make an offer, and that its not completely ridiculous. We know that they have some land to sell - and the Shark...er Realtor is working in our favor to help us get this place sold ASAP.
So in the mean time, I am keeping the house staged with 2 toddlers and a dog - and making lists of things that need packed for the new place. Toys, clothes, Wii, paperwork, knitting, dry goods, jewelry - that kind of thing...
I also need to bring my Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World cookbook. I will need to make some cupcakes once we are there.
Why? Well - Saturday is SpacePirates' 1st birthday and Sunday is PrincessZs' 2nd birthday. (Confused yet?) We had them allergy tested this week - Z is still allergic to eggs and corn - and SpacePirate is allergic to eggs... so vegan cupcakes it is...
I have found corn free baking powder and confectioners' sugar - so that's a step...
